Who can process sales and update stock?+
Attendants, Managers and Administrators can all process sales. Only Managers and Administrators can update stock levels, while Administrators have full system access.
Can I pay my subscription via Mobile Money?+
Yes. BORApos subscriptions are processed via Flutterwave and SpringPesa — both platforms fully support Mobile Money payments across East Africa.
Can I log in on multiple devices at once?+
No — each account is active on one device at a time to protect the security of your business data.
Is the Free plan really free forever?+
